Procedure

• Please schedule an appointment via e-mail or call in advance.
  Our answering machine is always on. Please leave your name, phone number, and the date and time you desire to visit. We will return you a call as soon as we become available to do so. Appointment through e-mail may be faster to receive a confirmation than over the phone, so please send us an e-mail to set up.
  
  We highly encourage you to set up an appointment ahead of time. Although depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate you to arrange it on the same day.
• Please arrive a little before the scheduled time.
  We will provide you a form which you will need to fill in.
  The closest train station from our location is JR Chūō Main Line, Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, Ogikubo station. The walking distance is less than a minute from the station’s north entrance. We do not have an on-site parking.
• We will start with a consultation, then an examination and a treatment will follow. It may take additional 10 to 15 minutes for new patients.
